Angie Christina Flies In 'White Dwarf'

Model, Angie Christina, has joined the cast of Vision Runners' 'White Dwarf', coming to theaters on June 19, 2010. Filming starts this weekend in Tarzana and Downtown Los Angeles. She will be joining Jessica Graves, Sarah Heath, David Stanbra, Bella Tatarian, Jessica Gamboa, and Robert Ryu in the sci-fi suspense drama.

The film follows a neglected movie star who's trying to make a comeback but strange and frightening visions begin to haunt her.

Inspired by The Fountain, The X-Files, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers. The short film will be treated as an opening first act to a feature length film. What the rest of the story is, can't tell you. We are leaving it up to the audience. This is the only time a short film has been on the fast track into production and minimal crew. It may actually be more efficient and less stressful with everyone working multiple duties-- that's where the excitement can burst. Most importantly, production is on a string of an ultra low-budget. After the weekend, post-production will be mainly focused on sound editing and visual fx. The film will open to the public with several other short films at the Talent One Media festival coming up this summer at the Japan Aratani America Theatre. See the flyer here.
